Team Work

At Devtank team work is important! Being a small business means we need to stick together and help each other when it’s needed. This means that Erin (our Office Admin), Anthony (our apprentice digital marketer), and Marcus (our apprentice software developer) will occasionally be found helping out in the lab! Guided by our Hardware Design Engineer, Adil, our team can be seen doing tasks such as; wiring, crimping, Multi-meter testing, installing the wiring and even PCB testing. Sometimes this helps us see our growth and possibility of new jobs opening up as Devtank.

Devtank has been growing amazingly well over the past 2-3 years which also means there is a need for new members of the team. Currently, we are looking for someone to help in the lab doing these jobs and this could be for a fully qualified person or a school/college leaver to start a career in electronics and engineering. See our careers pages to see all the roles we are looking to fulfill – Careers

We also post new jobs over on Indeed and recently posted searching for a Electronics Technician.

As part of the Devtank team, there are always chances to gain new skills by getting stuck in in the labs and even through Derby University as we work closely with them therefore we get offers to sit small courses. We also look out for any relevant seminars or events to send staff to, from software and hardware to manufacturing and marketing. Devtank believe that learning never ends!

Even if you have skills, knowledge or a passion in electronics, engineering, manufacturing or software development, but we have no jobs posted, you can still send you CV to us via email and we will view this and keep you on file if any opportunities arise! We always share new roles over on our social media so this is a great reason to follow us.
